We often get asked about one single or several parts in the whole poduction process, so we're sharing with you a step-by-step process of how each badge is made. If it ever helped you solve the doubts,we’ll be very happy and honored.

STEP 1: First, the customer customizes their badge and sees a digital preview of how their badge will look,but dont’t worry if you don’t have one,We offer FREE art and design services with every order!

STEP 2: Badges all start off as a clump of metal basically, then we introduce the mould tool which stamps your image into the metal – and it is called the ‘die’.

STEP 3: The next process for our badge making process is to harden the metal ready for these pretty artcraft to be stamped into your chosen shape like round or square.On long strips of metal they are then cut out with special die cutting tools.And then we have the new-born badge with vivid image on.

STEP 4: Once cut out the badge are ready for the plating process.you can choose the plating colour you prefer like Gold, Nickel or Bronze and so on.Want to know more about plating?Please take a look at this blog.

STEP 5: Then are the colour part.You can have hard enamel or soft enamal or others. The enamel is painted on by hand with superb attention to detail in the customer's chosen color.Click here to find out more about colour part.

STEP 6: Now we’re almost done.And our badges are ready for cleaning and polishing and if any of them have flaws,they are rejected immediately. 

STEP 7:Lastly we pack up, normally in plastic bags ( other options available! ) ready to ship to you our beloved customers!
